* Hard drive health checks and tune-ups,
* cleaning of accumulated Windows/OSX Junk Cache,
* repairing Windows Registry damages that incur over time,
* fix browsers from been infected with toolbars and addons that are security issues,
* running Virus/Malware scans to check for possible infections (removals/repairs from infections are separate)
* Dust Clean the inside of the computer (if serviced in our workshop)
and more.

Or can be done remotely (excluding Dust Cleaning) via AnyDesk Remote Support
