DESCRIPTION

We are Looking for Rental/Sales Property Practitioners.
• An NQF4 in Real Estate is preferred (but if you don’t have one, not to worry, we will help you!)
• Minimum of 3 years real estate experience (remember, we’ve got a Mentorship Program if you’re just starting out)
• We’d like to see a previous track record of properties sold (and/or let)
• A clear criminal record
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A natural flair for sales and expert negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of the local property market
• Own vehicle/Valid driver’s license
• A smartphone and laptop – if you have a tablet, that will be an added benefit to you
