I would like to share my deeply disappointing experience with Dennis Walter to caution others from facing the same frustrations.
On 20th May 2024, I paid Dennis Walter R6000 as an advance for engineering services, which were supposed to begin immediately. However, as of October 2024, no work has been completed, and communication has become increasingly difficult.
After informing his colleague Glenda on 31st July that my personal situation required postponing the work, I requested a refund of the advance. I was assured that the refund would be processed, and Glenda even confirmed receiving my banking details on 22nd August.
Despite several follow-ups and promises, I have yet to receive the refund. When I last spoke to Dennis directly on 13th September, he was rude and dismissive but assured me I’d be paid the following week. That never happened, and now he is ignoring all further attempts at communication.
This has caused significant financial stress, and I feel compelled to warn others about the unprofessional and unethical behavior Dennis has demonstrated. If you are considering engaging his services, please be cautious, especially when it comes to payments.
I am still hoping for an amicable resolution, but legal action is being considered if the refund is not processed soon. He refuses to take my calls. Very unprofessional Subject: Unprofessional Conduct and Failure to Refund R6000 – Dennis Walter from Walters and Associates .
