The cashiers of Village Cosmetics in Grabouw are so rude. I once had an incident in 2019. I took a year not going there. I went last year 2020. However again they repeated that in December 2021. They were not willing to help. They even swore at me. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has been complaining about their service. I don't want to say it's a racial thing however I am starting to think like that. Because in 2019 the lady made racial remarks. They don't mind swearing at you with the Afrikaans words "ma se p**s". The guy who is possibly the owner was present when the second incident occurred. I called him and asked him what he was going to do regarding that, he didn't give me a possible solution. However I did brief him even about the 2019 incident. I really don't know whether Village Cosmetics is only a shop for non blacks only. If so they must emphasize that. Not in this era though.
