The worst experience of my life. Waited over a year for a quote with my vehicle stripped down and in pieces in their yard. Staff kept on referring me to the owner named Dallas. This person is to this date never available, never takes calls even when he is in the office. On occasions I have been on the phone when his staff members told me he is present but they get told to "take a message". I never get a return call. After a year I called the office to tell them to get the car ready and that a tow company will call to collect it only to be told that the wheels have been stolen. He promised my wife that he would find replacements... to date nothing, not even a phone call. I wasn't even surprised when another woman told me her car had been there for a year when they had it towed away with nothing being done to it and were forced to buy another vehicle in the interim. They were not the only ones. Another owner of a garden service had a similar problem and had to have their car towed to a proper mechanic after 6 months. His garden service nearly went bust because of it. I am still trying to get my vehicle back, not even repaired, just in the state it was when I left it there. My brother called the office on my behalf as they were not taking my calls. When he asked about the vehicle they denied that it was there. A friend visited their yard and took some pics of the vehicle. He was approached and asked if he wanted to buy it! My wife has had more than one call from people who have been told by them to call us to see if we will sell the vehicle. Quite frankly I wouldn't even trust them with my wheel barrow. I gave them 1 star simply because I had to to submit this review. They deserve less than -10 stars in my opinion.The worst experience of my life.
