I am very disappointed with the service I got from Le Bag at Matlosana mall. I've been buying bags from them for sometime and I was happy with the quality. This year in January I bought a bronx school bag to the value of R1699.99 thinking that it's quality bag and it will last longer. In February the bag's stitches around the zip were becoming loose. Because I knew it was covered under the warranty I took it back to the shop. I was told lot of stories by the manager , I fetched the bag in March still not fixed. Till today no feedback nor redress. I am very very disappointed for such a service when I had paid so much money.
