My son's memorial service was on 16 February 2024 and Roelof, owner of La Muse took the job to do the video streaming. When we watched it the Friday afternoon, we found the following: The start of the service was not filmed, then when video started, there was no sound for 5 minutes. Between 5 and 9 minutes (a whole 4 minutes) the sound and video was fine. That was followed by a 15 second black screen and when the video returned the sound is so bad that you cannot make out one word of what was said. This carries on up until 22 minutes where the video montage (that we put together ourselves) played beautifully (not his doing) and the next 5 minutes were ok. I took this up with him, after numerous calls and WhatsApp messages, not just from me but my son's uncle, we eventually on Sundays got a message from him with some lame excuse. So, if you want memories of a service or function, you will know what not to do.
