The service is really bad , my fiance took his car there for service and calibration its almost three month now, but he was never offered the best service as they claim, and apparently he was left unattended by the owner. We will never go back there again.
Here’s a short summary of my experience:
A place where the inferior professional conduct is represented by the prices that they charge, and their customer service is limited to physical intimidation and insults. If you display any signs of dissatisfaction with their service, you’ll be quickly escorted off the premises by two ‘illiterate’ grease monkeys that have no other way to compensate for their professional shortcomings.
A fantastic place if you want to deal with ‘technicians’ that fully represent the negative stigmas associated with the word ‘mechanic’. The owner (Frikkie) has a massive temper problem, no basic self-awareness, and absolutely no social skills. Probably the worst case of Napoleon syndrome I’ve ever seen. He seems to take his dissatisfaction with customers out on their cars, and not putting the car back together the way he has found it, seems to be standard practice when he doesn't like them.
In these trying times I can honestly say that dealing with JF Auto is not worth the risk as you might be stuck without a car. Their ethical conduct is only matched by their ability to spell accountability, and they seem to be very accustomed to dealing with lawsuits.
Our recent unfortunate encounter with JF Auto was when they performed work on my wife’s car without her consent and returned the car in a damaged state. After one of the owner’s temper tantrums directed towards her, she asked me to intervene. We’ve had to resort to making charges of malicious property damage against the company.
