Could not get a booking timeously as there was a significant backlog in jobs. Price quoted for minor damages was also outrageous. Was contacted by enterprise 1 week prior to scheduled date just to be informed that they were struggling to find parts and therefore would have to import. I am puzzled as to how this information was not obtained and communicated to me during the 1st week of enquiry?
