We purchased a house through Rene. Often things were said, promised and never materialized. Our sales agreement was not honoured and the agent promised to rectify it, after being very dishonest (saying the attorneys had things that they didn't). Why be dishonest? Then we were promised they would get it, I have it recorded, but then they back tracked and said it wasn't their problem. Very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend.
