If I could give less than 1 star I would. I contacted them about hiring draping and some decor. Called to ask how much they charge per meter and was told that they have different lengths and I need to give exact measurements of what I need in order to get a quote, I then sent them all the exact measurements for the draping I needed and was told "We don't hire pieces of fabric out like this" I then asked how do they hire their draping's to which they responded "We deal with how many pieces u need" I then asked how long are their pieces, in order to order the right amount for the measurements I need and their response was "They all different sizes" I then directly asked what would I need to do in order to get a quote for the draping I needed and was told "I have to sit n work everything out, I don't have the time rn". Bear in mind I needed to follow up over multiple days just to get a one worded response. Never in my life have I seen such a pathetic service provider, I could only imagine how they conduct the delivery of services if this is their response to a simple quote.
